Doctor David Kessler, who ran the FDA from 1990 to 1997 has some strong views on the cause of the opioid epidemic and in this video he does not hold back. The disgraceful peddling of painkillers that have got us to this frightening place should be the subject of intensive investigation and prosecution of the pharma companies who took a tiny shred of scientific evidence and peddled these drugs as being non-addictive. The very idea that thousands of people are dying because of drug companies need for profit is mind boggling. Where are the drug compnaies now?
